Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to USPS, weather, or other unforeseen issues once the order leaves our facility.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sleeping Beauties Collection is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. In such cases, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. We look forward to expanding in the future.
